Meraki

Meraki means to do something with passion, with absolute devotion, with undivided attention. In a world of distractions and detachment, learning to be immersed in the moment is a blessing.

Research from Harvard found that on average our minds wander 47% of the time. Let me put this differently: almost half of our lives we are stuck in our head and missing from life! And the crazier the world gets, the more we are bombarded by external stimuli, the less present we are and the more distracted and scattered we become. But the price we pay is to miss out on experiences we will never be able to replicate, relationships that will never find ourselves in that exact moment, with that exact pending emotion and so we shut ourselves off from magnificent possibilities and interactions.

Learning to be in the moment, to be mindful of the endless synchronicities and blessings that present themselves to us each day – allows us to experience life and love in abundance and in full colour.

Break out of mediocrity and step into a life full of passion with uplifting guidance to lead you on a journey that leaves you being instead of doing.

“There in no end. There is no beginning. There is only the passion of life.”

– Federico Fellini
